The Hawaiian Serenaders

Rich played electric bass and switched to ukulele when Mele danced 3 hulas during the Serenaders 1-hour concert representing the state of Hawaii during State Days at the Kennedy Center. Mele played guitar and we both sang. This was our best gig ever!

Mele’s work colleagues from the USDA Forest Service came to the evening concert and told us afterwards how surprised they were to see hundreds of people in the grand foyer. Whether we play for a few or a hundred, giving our best as performers is the same.
